Nope. Most clients say they barely noticed us. We stay out of the speeches and the sightlines, and we don't need managing.

Can you do posed and group shots too?

Absolutely. Candid is our default, but we'll happily round people up for team photos, sponsor shots or anything on your list.

What about dark venues?

That's normal for us. Dim bars, stage lighting and smoke machines are all fine. If you've got a media wall, our lighting add-on makes those shots pop.

When do we get everything?

Photos come back within 3 days. Video within 7 days. Priority turnaround gets them to you quicker, same day if required. Ask and we'll quote it.

What if something breaks on the day?

We bring backup cameras, lenses, batteries and cards to every shoot, so a dead battery or a dropped lens doesn't become your problem.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit locks in your date, and the balance is due before we release your files. If your event is less than 7 days away, it's paid in full upfront. For first-time clients spending over $4,000, we split it into three payments (50/25/25), and your quote shows the dates.

Do you work weekends and nights?

Yep. Weekends are +20% and public holidays +50%. Starting before 7am or finishing after 10pm adds $300.

Anywhere within 30 minutes of the Auckland CBD is covered. Further out starts from $150, and we'll confirm it in your quote. We travel NZ-wide.

Can you make content before the event?

Yes. Teasers, speaker promos or product content made ahead of the day are quoted as a brand project, so tell us what you have in mind.

Can you cover multi-day or multi-city events?

Yes. We covered 9 events over 4 days across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch for a royal visit. Send us the schedule and we'll quote it.

Clients often tell us afterwards they barely noticed us, and they mean it as a compliment. We also know when to step in. We'll round people up for group shots, grab the sponsor photo, and chat to guests so they relax in front of the camera.

A royal visit, 4 days, 9 events

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award brought us on to cover Prince Edward's visit to New Zealand. We travelled the country with the team for 4 days and shot 9 events back to back. Some of the work was then featured by the Royal Family on their official Instagram.

Same approach as every other job: a quick brief, then we got on with it. No babysitting required, even with royalty in the room.
