Get in touch!
Once you’ve decided you’re ready to step up your content, fill out the form on our website to get in touch with us. If you already have certain dates that you’d like to book in for your shoot, please let us know in this initial contact form, as well as any other details for your shoot if they’ve already been set.
Brief & Meeting
Once we’ve confirmed that we’re able to help you out with your content needs, we’ll set up a time to meet with you and plan out your shoot. If you’ve already got your shoot planned out, we’ll use this time to go through the brief and start planning out how we’ll bring your vision to life.
Post-production
In general, our turnaround time for our packages is around two weeks. If you require your content to be delivered by a certain date, please let us know in advance, and aim to book your shoot at least two weeks ahead of this delivery date. If you require urgent turnaround shorter than two weeks, we can discuss this to see if we’re able to make it work - but can’t guarantee this.
Once our initial round of post production is complete, we’ll send you a link to view all of your content. If you require any revisions to your content, this is where you’re able to let us know. We provide one round of revisions per project included in our price, so if you’ve got more than one revision you require, it’s best to list this all out in one round of revisions to avoid additional charges.
Payment
We don’t require a deposit to book in a shoot. Once your shoot has been completed, you’ll receive an invoice from us for the project fee. We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card (which includes a 3.5% credit card fee).
Once the payment for the project has been received, your license of use will be valid, and you’ll be sent a link to download your content.
Delivery
We deliver your content via our cloud storage platforms. You’ll receive a link to download all of your finished content. Although we archive your projects for long-term storage once they’re completed, we don’t permanently host them on our cloud platforms so we highly recommend downloading these files, or adding them to your own cloud storage platforms so you’ll always have access.
License of Use
All content includes our basic license of use by default. This allows you to download and share the deliverables on your platforms, for the following uses: within New Zealand in perpetuity, shared via unpaid online, digital, social media, and print. This does not include paid marketing campaigns, for which a commercial license of use must be negotiated and additional licensing fees may apply.
